Crude Oil continues decline

Oil has now plunged to an 11 year low, on the back of over supply, with the major oil producers showing signs of reducing outputs. Many producers or holders of waste oils are seeing that circumstances have changed dramatically over the last 12 months or so and are asking why it is that something that apparently had a significant business value then, now no longer has.

The Oil Recylcing Association has produced two briefing documents below for industry to explain the reasons for the current changes and the likely impacts on those disposing of waste oil.
